Rolex Datejust wait times are now quite reasonable, and many AD’s seem to be able to order Datejusts to spec. The 41mm size, Jubilee bracelet, fluted bezel , mint dial, and blue dial are all traits that make Datejusts more desirable and generally tougher to pick up at retail. Our previous AD wait time megathreads (2019-2020, 2020-early 2021, 2021, 2022) seemed to be useful/well-received for a lot of you. Time for a new one! Nowadays when someone posts a new watch it's pretty standard to get asked how long they waited and if they had an "established relationship" etc.
What would be a realistic wait time for #126234. I want to buy it for my 40th for myself. I have no purchase history. Hey just wondering if anyone had any knowledge on the wait time for a 36mm datejust. Just curious as I put an order with an AD 2 months ago. Silver dial fluted on jubilee in honor of the upcoming birth of my son. Plan is to pass it on to him when he graduates college. Coming up to a 5 year wait (including the time waiting for the previous reference) on a submariner (standard, no date) though, without a peep.
