Tell your Rolex dealer/agent that it runs exactly 20 seconds a day too fast (it shouldn't as it's certified). Then on the time grapher, they'll simply tweak it by the difference - even if on the grapher it reads zero. It's what I do and always results in a happy owner. There's another very small post here about a Jules Rolez. Yours is a lovely French marble clock and known as a timepiece, meaning the movement is time only, no striking of the hours. As you might glean from the little info there is on Rolez , I don't think your clock is 1820-1850. Rolez was apparently active closer to 1900.
