I have installed smartPSS v2 003.0000004.0 in my Windows 10. Previously with the same configuration the connected devices were online and accessible but since last week whenever I try to access the DVR/XVR all devices are showing offline.

My dahua xvr is showing active on DMSS (blue color dot), but channels are showing offline (gray color dot) says "Online Channels 0", but I can view the live footage by . The temporary test address is a few numbers off the router address (192.xxx.x.x).
