I have the same style in the shorter heel. They were my true size (us 6 - 36). I agree they feel a bit cramped in the toe area but not pinching my toes or anything. With the higher heel, your toes may feel more squished. Saint Laurent sometimes run very small in the toe box. I agree 37.5 might be too long.

Vamp: low cut with CLs, higher on YSL. sole: always lacquered with CLs, can be lacquered or non-lacquered leather, or rubber with YSL. I just got a pair of. Palais Low Heel Pumps in Patent Black. I noticed that the logo was faded at the edges but didn't think anything of it. But then I was trying to break the shoes in by just walking around the house and noticed that fading is getting worse. I have 2 other pairs of YSL pumps and never had this issue.
