While I don't profess to be an expert on vintage Panerai, I agree with Don here. This is either a "Frankenwatch" made from various parts, or a homage. Used to spend a lot of time on the Panerai forum and back then it was one of the few places you could find a good selection of used watches for sale (although mostly Panerai). That's where I bought my Pam 24 and my 183, both with ETA movements. While the Radiomir-like cushion case is vintage-Panerai inspired, the 47mm diameter is clearly contemporary and will make both Panerai and over-sized watch fans in general very happy. Between the case lugs of the PAM372 is one of the nicest OEM leather straps I've had the pleasure of testing.
